The owner-broker advantage
Why my pricing is different
Most loan officers work inside a big lender and have to clear their pricing with someone above them. I don't — I own the practice. So when you're after the best overall deal, I can compete on every part of it: cost, terms, and service.
I'm the owner — I set the price
No corporate overhead and no layers of approval. That lets me compete aggressively on cost and terms instead of waiting on someone above me.
An independent broker, not one bank
I shop multiple lenders to find you a competitive rate and structure — I'm not limited to a single bank's product menu.
A negotiable origination fee
HUD sets a cap on origination, not a fixed price. I routinely structure deals below it — on a recent California closing it was $3,000 where the cap allowed $6,000.
You work directly with me
From the first call to closing, you work with me — not a call center or a junior loan officer. Competitive cost, competitive terms, and service that never gets handed off.
Fees vary by loan and lender; your costs depend on your appraised value, age, and current rates. For education only — not a loan commitment or guarantee.
