Question 1

Does the info session cost anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Every session is completely free, with no obligation and nothing to buy. It's an education session, not a sales presentation — you'll leave knowing how the loan works so you can decide on your own timeline.

Question 2

How do I join?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are held by phone or video, so you can join from home. RSVP with the form on this page or call Miguel directly, and you'll receive the dial-in or video link before the session.

Question 3

Can my adult children or other family members join?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — families are encouraged to attend together. Many of Miguel's best sessions include adult children who want to understand what a reverse mortgage would mean for their parents and the home.

Question 4

Do I need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

No preparation is required. If you'd like personal numbers discussed, it helps to know your approximate home value and any remaining mortgage balance — but general questions are just as welcome.

Question 5

What if the session dates don't work for me?

Accepted Answer

Call or text Miguel at any time — he offers the same free, no-pressure conversation one-on-one, in English or Spanish, at whatever time works for you.
