Our commitment
Home Central Financial (doing business as Reverse Mortgage Plus) is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, including older adults and people with disabilities. Many of the homeowners we serve are 62 and older, and we want every visitor to be able to read our content, use our tools, and reach us easily.
Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone.
What we do to support accessibility
- Use clear, readable text with strong color contrast and a large, legible typeface
- Provide descriptive text for meaningful images and labels for form fields
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus for people who do not use a mouse
- Write in plain language and offer key content in both English and Spanish
- Design forms that announce errors and confirmations to assistive technology
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review the site periodically and work to improve the experience as standards evolve and as we add new content and features.
Known limitations
Some content provided by third parties — such as embedded maps, scheduling tools, or videos — may not be fully accessible because it is outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier with any third-party feature, please contact us and we will help you get the information you need another way.
